Scrum Master
Do you have end-to-end application development expertise? We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and guide the Scrum team in the use of agile methods and Scrum practices
- Help the Product Owner and the development team satisfy customers
- Lead Scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove obstacles and coach the Scrum team to do the same
- Help Scrum and development teams identify and bridge gaps in agile software infrastructure
- Resolve conflicts and issues as they arise
- Help the Scrum team reach a higher level of Scrum maturity
- Assist the Product Owner and provide coaching when needed
Desired skills
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and resolve conflicts
- Solid knowledge of techniques to bridge gaps in Scrum
- Ability to determine what falls within Scrum and what does not
- Experience with successful agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Strong interpersonal communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused despite surrounding distractions
- Familiarity with IT jargon related to backend and frontend development (APIs, databases, infrastructure, project management) would be highly appreciated
- Knowledge of SAFe / Lean would be a plus
Experience required
- PSM Scrum / SAFe Certification
- At least 3 years of experience in Scrum / SAFe agile project management
