Junior Operations Analyst (M/F)
Do you have end-to-end application development expertise? We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer.
Your responsibilities
LOCATION: Seine-et-Marne (77)
Provide technical and functional support for applications within your scope:
- Analyze and prioritize tickets
- Resolve incidents in close collaboration with level 3 support (experts and vendors)
- Identify root causes of problems and implement resolution plans and/or workarounds
- Implement remediation actions for recurring incidents
- Perform daily monitoring of batch processing within your scope and handle rejections
- Communicate with business stakeholders regarding major incidents and/or those with a business impact
- Draft and maintain support procedures and update the knowledge base
- Report on activities to the back-office support manager and escalate alerts
- Participate in on-call rotations
Manage application updates:
- Handle business-related enhancements
- Draft technical and functional specifications
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for development, testing, and deployment
Desired skills
- Strong SQL technical skills required
- Proficiency with the GOLD central ERP system
- Knowledge of WMS management tools is a plus
